2024 Academy Reception
We are thrilled to share highlights of the September 12 Academy reception. This celebration was filled with camaraderie, reflection, and inspiration as we recognized our newest inductees, shared details about upcoming events and provided a progress report on our Phillis Wheatley Westside YWCA Collaboration in Action Campaign.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the Federal Home Loan Bank Atlanta team for graciously hosting and sponsoring this reception. Leslie, Cortez, you - and the Federal Home Loan Bank Atlanta team have been long-standing supporters of our association. We look forward to next year's "pre-Salute" celebration at this same location. As we celebrated the achievements of our Academy members, we also want to shared a new opportunity: to support the Phillis Wheatley Westside YWCA Collaboration in Action Campaign. It will take "a village of supporters" to revitalize this historic Phillis Wheatley YWCA. With your support, we can complete this important initiative and provide much-needed services to women and their families on the Westside of Atlanta.
