The Parent’s Council works closely with school leadership to support family engagement, teacher appreciation, and community events throughout the year.

As a parent of a child at YWCA Greater Atlanta, you are automatically a member of the parent council by affiliation and to the involvement of your choosing. It’s a great way to meet new families and create new social circles that you may interact with for years to come, whether you have a little time or a lot!

Meetings are held once a month on Fridays at 8:30 AM. You can join virtually (even during your commute) via Google Meet or attend in person in the third-floor conference room after drop-off.
