Biography: Sooraya Williams

Sooraya Williams is the Program Director of Digital Learning at YWCA Greater Atlanta, where she leads digital learning initiatives that support the organization’s workforce development efforts and youth STEAM programming. Since joining YWCA Greater Atlanta in 2020, her work has focused on building strategic partnerships, designing innovative learning experiences, and expanding access to digital skills and economic opportunity for women, girls, and their families.

Sooraya’s leadership has been recognized through Capstone’s 2026 Woman of Excellence, Bank of America’s Neighborhood Builders Future Emerging Leader, Leadership MAX Class of 2026, and YWCA USA’s 35 Under 35 Leadership Cohort.

Outside of work, Sooraya enjoys fitness, spending time with family and friends, and being a proud dog mom to her furbabies, Ghost and Bullet.
