Elle Knott (she/her) is a social worker, policy strategist, and advocate dedicated to advancing racial and gender equity in Georgia. She joined YWCA Greater Atlanta in 2022.

Madison Potts McAdoo joined YWCA Greater Atlanta in 2025 as Advocacy Program Manager.

Katie Farmer joined YWCA Greater Atlanta as Chief Development Officer in early 2024.

Danita V. Knight joined YWCA Greater Atlanta as President and CEO in 2023.

Sooraya Williams joined YWCA Greater Atlanta in 2020. Currently she holds the role of Program Director, Digital Learning, overseeing the Digital Skills Academy and Teen programming.

Thomasine Leachman is the health and wellness program manager for YWCA Greater Atlanta. Since 2007 she has developed and implemented the EncorePlus Breast cancer awareness Program.

Kari joined YWCA Greater Atlanta in 2020. In her role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer Kari oversees staff, facilities, and finances of the organization.
